PARKING:
In the designated area around the soccer field. After prior consultation, a vehicle and a tent space will be provided for each team. Please write your reservation to the email address okekerekpar@gmail.com no later than July 3.
We ask everyone to leave the soccer field free and NOT to cycle on it. In addition to rolling, it is also possible to warm up on the road. Thank You!

We ask all competitors to be near the announcement zone 15 minutes before the start.
The announcement list in UCI categories is the last current UCI XCO individual ranking list, Hungarian Cup
categories are compiled based on the current Hungarian Cup composite.
FEED & TECH ZONE
Feed and technical assistance are only possible in designated zones. It is only possible to stay in the zones if you have an entry card. The location of the zones will be finalized after the track handover, which will be announced at the technical meeting.

The expected lap numbers will be finalized at the technical meeting before the race. In case of rain, the length of the track will be shortened or the number of laps will be reduced by the organizers. The use of head protection is mandatory during the competition and during the tour of the track!
TIME KEEPING
The competition takes place with electronic timing. Chip is in the plate number, prohibition of any manipulation with the start number!
REGISTRATION:
Registration available ONLY ON-LINE – on the pages https://sportkrono.hu/Rendezvenyek2/rendezvenyek Categories – according to MKSZ 2024 Licensing Rules for Hungarian MTB XCO CUP 2024.
During registration via the Internet, the competitor must pay the Start-fee by online. Without payment, the entry form is not valid and such a competitor will be removed from the start list. If you are unable to pay, write an email to okekerekpar@gmail.com.

DOPING CONTROL
The doping control location is designated in the dressing room in the start/finish area.
POINTS AND PRIZES:
Points for all categories in the overall ranking of the Hungarian MTB Cup according to the schedule at bringasport.hu. UCI point – according to the UCI schedule for UCI C3 races for the categories Men Elite, Men U23, Women Elite+U23, Junior Men, Junior Women. Prize Money – according to UCI regulations.Competitors will be paid in HUF,payment will take place in the Race office within one hour of the ceremonial announcement of results.Uncollected prizes are forfeited, failing to attend the ceremony without cause results in penalty-forfeited prizes, including financial prizes.

OTHER RULES:
- The competition will only be held under suitable conditions. If the competition cannot be held due to an unexpected, extreme or unforeseeable and unavoidable reason, the Organizer will set a new (additional) date (of which it will provide official information) and the entry fee will not be refunded. The competition organizer reserves the right to change the location, time and course of the program.
- In case of extreme weather conditions, the races may be interrupted!
- The Participant acknowledges that if the competition cannot be held at the newly appointed additional time, the Organizer will announce the cancellation of the competition, cancel the invoice issued for the entry fee and refund the entry fee as follows:
- 70% of the entry fee within 5 days after the cancellation invoice is issued
- while the remaining 22% within 120 days after the cancellation invoice is issued
- If the Organizer is late compared to the above deadline, he is obliged to pay late payment interest according to Act V of 2013 (Ptk.). In case of stormy weather, the organizer can temporarily or permanently suspend the competition at any time and then restart it. The organizer informs the competitors during the race through the course judges and through the loudspeaker at the start, as well as through social media or the website www.hangonyxco.hu.
- Competitors declare the following by signing their entry:
- I am in a suitable physical condition to complete the competition, I do not suffer from an illness that prevents performance.
- I participate in the competition entirely on my own responsibility, for any injury or material damage that occurs before/during/after the competition, the organizing association, the persons/organizations commissioned by the organizer and the organization, as well as the owners and managers of the areas affected by the competition route at any address they do not assume responsibility and cannot be held responsible.
- I waive all legal proceedings against those listed in the previous paragraph in the event of any accident or damage suffered in any way related to the competition. I understand that in the event of an accident, I cannot make any claims against those listed above. I am personally and financially responsible for any damage I cause before/during/after the competition.
- I accept that I can appear in the film and image materials made about the sports event and in their use for advertising purposes, therefore I do not ask for compensation.
- I accept that the organizers are not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate filling in of the entry form or incorrect data during entry.
